Lord Elgin
The Elgin Watch Company produced this beautiful
Lord Elgin Watch in 1955. The wonderful case is
often referred to as a "bow tie" case because of its
resemblance.  The case is 14k gold filled and in
excellent condition. This watch has a fabulous dial
that gives a two-tone effect. The numerals are raised,
applied gold tone. The dial shows almost no wear at
all. The movement is #670 with 21 jewels. I'm
extremely pleased to offer this spectacular watch on
my site. As with all of my watches, this one is
warranted for one year. Please read our policies

Solid 14K Gold from Lord Elgin.  Produced in 1944, here
is a vintage watch that is a perfect example of the
watches of the era.  Very simple design with an easy to
read simple dial. The 14K gold case measures 31mm x
20mm, not including the lugs or crown.  The movement
is the Elgin 21 jewel #559. The original dial has not been
restored or refinished, as it is very presentable as is,
showing some wear. The watch has a dark brown
genuine leather band, but we'll be happy to change it to
black since the watch is quite formal looking. This is a
great value for a very fine solid gold watch.  Please read
