Our Policies

We sell only vintage watches, most of which are over 50 years old.  We do not sell watches that are broken, missing parts, or
non-serviceable. Due to the age of these watches, and the fact that their histories are unknown, no guarantees are made as to
the accuracy of these watches. At the time of sale, however, all watches are running and keeping reasonable time (+ - 2
minutes in a 24 hour period).  It is recommended that you have your watch serviced regularly by a qualified watchmaker.

All descriptions are made as accurately as possible.  Research has been done to determine the age, style and other attributes
of the watches. You should expect to see the effects of age on all watches, especially the dials.

If you have any questions before purchasing a watch, please don't hesitate to ask.  We will accommodate any  requests that we
can. If you don't like the band, we'll change it to one more suitable for you. If you'd like more pictures, our photographer will send
them to you. We know that in order to earn your business we must excel in service, and we mean to do just that!


Warranty

All watches sold on this site carry a limited warranty. For one year from the date of purchase, the watch movement  is
guaranteed to run. Any damage resulting in misuse, abuse or shock (e.g. dropped watch) is not covered. The watch case,
crystal and dial are not  warranted in any way. All warranty claims must be submitted to The Thomas Watch Company in writing.
Instructions for the return of the watch will be provided. The watch will then be inspected and repaired. A written estimate will be
provided on any repairs not covered under warranty. No warranty, either express or implied, is given as to the accuracy of any
watch.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our promise!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just contact us for return information
within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly refund your purchase price for returned items, provided that they are in the same
condition in which they left us. Unlike most dealers, we will even pay the return freight!
